Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $70 within the contiguous United States.
Shipping Rates

Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST (Monday–Friday) are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only (including Alaska and Hawaii; additional shipping fees may apply). We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for oversized items (NVRs, camera kits). Please provide a physical street address.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order status at any time by clicking the tracking link in your email or contacting us at sales@arlingtoncctv.com
Bulk & Commercial Orders
For bulk orders (5+ units) , please contact us for custom shipping rates and freight options. We work with major freight carriers to deliver large orders safely.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund. For lost packages, please allow 5 business days after the expected delivery date before filing a claim.
Return to Sender
Orders returned due to incorrect address or failure to accept delivery will be subject to a re-shipping fee. Please verify your shipping address at checkout.
