Decided to upgrade after a couple of yards with some old and outdated cameras. Looking to stay within budget but find a camera that would provide great quality, I found it in this 5MP camera. It is designed beautifully and easy to install. Can't go wrong with it's sharp and clear picture.
Received the cameras today—solid build, impressed! Hooked to my HIKVISION NVR: viewed on app but not monitor. Emailed support, got quick reply. Jay called, walked me through firmware update to adapt to NVR, explained clearly. Will buy again! Super happy with product and support.
Love this camera! Works with major brands, has color night vision, AI alerts & tracking, and clear audio. You can upload your own audio. Quality aluminum build, no back box needed. Only downside: tiny screw makes bracket adjustment a hassle.
