The PSW8-25MG is a web-managed multi-gigabit PoE+ switch designed for high-bandwidth surveillance and commercial network installations. It combines eight 2.5G PoE RJ45 ports with one 10G SFP+ uplink slot for compatible cameras, access points, recorders, storage devices, and other network equipment.
Each RJ45 port supports adaptive 10/100/1000 Mbps and 2.5 Gbps connections under the IEEE 802.3bz standard. A stated 60 Gbps switching capacity supports traffic between connected multi-gigabit devices and the high-speed SFP+ uplink.
All eight RJ45 ports support IEEE 802.3af and IEEE 802.3at PoE, with up to 30W available per port and a 135W total PoE power budget. The switch does not support passive 24V PoE devices, so connected equipment must use a compatible standards-based PoE input.
The browser-based management interface supports port monitoring, PoE port management, VLAN, QoS, LACP, multicast, spanning tree, jumbo frames, and related network controls. Its fanless metal housing supports desktop placement or 1U rack installation with the included mounting ears.
